Purchase and delivery conditions

Rockbysweden.com and rockbysweden.se (the "website") and the brand Rock by Sweden are owned by Rock By Sweden i Gnosjö AB (can also be referred to as "Rock by Sweden", "Us", "Our" or "We") with organization number 559123-2821. These purchase and delivery conditions are applicable to purchases made by consumers at rockbysweden.com/rockbysweden.se.

Order terms

When you complete an order, it means that you accept our terms of purchase and delivery as well as ours privacy policy . You also certify that all information you have provided about yourself is correct. All prices on rockbysweden.com include VAT. Shipping is extra unless otherwise stated, within Sweden all orders over SEK 600 are free of charge. At checkout you can see the total price including taxes, VAT and shipping. VAT, duties and taxes may be added when purchasing an order from a country that is not part of the EU.

Payment options

We use Klarna as the supplier of our checkout. This means that your personal data in the form of contact and order information in connection with a completed purchase can be transferred to Klarna so that they can handle your purchase. Your personal data that is transferred is processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy statement. By leaving information at checkout, you agree Klarna's Terms and Conditions. In the checkout, you can see which payment options are available to you. By clicking "Complete purchase" you agree to Rock by Sweden's purchase and delivery terms and privacy policy.

Order confirmation

When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you registered in connection with the order. It is important that you check that you have entered the correct email address so that we can provide you with updated information about your order. The order confirmation contains all details about your order such as ordered products, price, billing and delivery address. Check that the order confirmation is correct, contact our customer service immediately if you need to make a change. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service in the future.

Shipping & Delivery

Cost of shipping within Sweden's borders is SEK 49. If your order value exceeds SEK 600, delivery will be free of charge. International shipping costs from €6. For each order, the shipping cost will be visible in the checkout before completing your order. Our orders are sent with the delivery companies Postnord and DHL.

We cooperate with Postnord and usually send our shipments within Sweden with their services "Goods" or "Registered letter". Product letters are delivered directly to your home in your letterbox. If the package does not fit in your letterbox, it will be delivered to the door or in a bag by the letterbox instead. Within Sweden, you can follow the package's journey all the way from collection to delivery in Postnord's App. When the consignment note is delivered to the door, it is photographed and the image becomes available to both sender and recipient. Registered mail is always delivered to one of Postnord's agents and you need a valid ID to collect your parcel.

For international deliveries, we primarily deliver our packages with DHL.

Delivery normally takes place within 5 working days after we have received your order. Our aim is to deliver all orders that we receive before 12.00 on the same day or the next working day. Delivery times may vary depending on the place of residence due to shipping companies' shipping times, but are usually delivered within 1-3 working days.

If the item is damaged or lost during transport, you must notify our Customer Service within a reasonable time.

In special circumstances such as holidays or periods where we receive larger quantities of orders such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc., it may take a little longer for us to get all the orders out.

Items not in stock

We reserve the right that errors may occur which include stock differences. If a product is not in stock, you will be notified of this and receive a preliminary delivery date when the product will be back in stock. When the item is back in stock, it will automatically be sent to you. If you do not want to wait until the item is back in stock, please notify Customer Service immediately to adjust your order. If the product has been discontinued, you will be notified of this and the order will be cancelled.

Returns, right of withdrawal and right of exchange

We at Rock by Sweden want you to be satisfied with your product. If an item is shipped incorrectly or manufactured incorrectly, we are of course responsible for the return postage. In these cases, we will book a return shipping note for you. If you choose to return the product on your own, we will only reimburse you for the cost of the shipping cost we had at the time of booking.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after you have received the item. This means that the day you received the package home / were notified that the product is available for collection at your local post office is counted as day 1.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have the option of using our right of exchange, which is valid for 30 days after you have received your package. The right of exchange means that you can return your product and exchange it for another one instead. If at the time you cannot find another product that you wish to switch to, we can offer you a credit receipt.

If you wish to exercise the right of cancellation/exchange, please contact us at info@rockbysweden.com with a clear message about your decision to cancel your purchase. We only accept returns that are unused and sent back in their original packaging in original condition with any labels and tags remaining. If the jewelery is not returned in original condition, is found to be used, broken or scratched or if it has been damaged in shipping, we have the right to deduct the reduction in value or refuse your return and send the return back to you. In order to shorten the return process and to be able to improve our service, we would like you to write a reason for your return.

We also need the following information from you:

• Order number, can be found on your delivery note or confirmation email that you have received in connection with the order.

• Your name and contact details.

• Number and name of the products that are desired to be returned or exchanged.

• The reason for your return.

Return shipping when exchanging or returning a product is paid for by the customer. We recommend that the item is sent as a trackable package, as it is you as the customer who is responsible for the item until it is received by Rock by Sweden. If you want help with a waybill, there is an additional cost of SEK 49 (applies to returns within Sweden) and you contact our customer service in such a case. We do not send a return shipping slip in the package as we protect the environment, but in cases where a return becomes relevant, you can have it sent to you.

If you regret your purchase, we will refund/correct the order as agreed via Klarna without undue delay. However, we must wait to make a refund until we have received the product back from you. Klarna then uses the same payment method for the refund that you used for the current purchase. In connection with your return, it is your obligation to notify Klarna of this to avoid a payment reminder. Rock by Sweden is not responsible for any reminder fees.

Send the product to the address below without undue delay, no later than 30 days after the day you notified us of your decision to cancel your purchase.

When returning, remember to package the jewelry in a similar way as when you received the shipment. Wrap the jewelery in something soft so that it is protected during shipping. During the post, the package can be exposed to shocks and so on and therefore needs to be well packaged and protected.

Exchanges and returns are processed within 10 working days.

Complaint

If you receive a defective or wrongly delivered item, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will help you solve the problem. Contact us either by email info@rockbysweden.com or call 0370-92610 and describe what the error is. Complaints must be made according to the instructions you receive from us. The right to complain covers products that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. Contact us as soon as possible after the error is discovered via the contact details provided above. Complaints made within two months from the time the error was discovered are always considered to have been submitted in time. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints, please note that this applies when Rock by Sweden themselves book this return shipping. If you as a customer book your own shipping, you will only be reimbursed for the cost it would have cost us.

No later than 30 days after we have received your advertised item and it has been approved, we will compensate you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Rock by Sweden reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current regulations. Rock by Sweden follows the General Complaints Board's guidelines for complaints.

Rock by Sweden is not held responsible for faults due to negligence, accidents or similar conditions and therefore your right to claim does not cover these.

Unredeemed deliveries

For packages that are not collected, you as a customer will be charged for shipping costs, return shipping and a fee of SEK 200 (the cost corresponds to the shipping fee, as well as collection of return packages from an agent). If it is repeated by you as a customer that your orders are not picked up, your customer number will be blocked from shopping with us.

It is up to you as the customer to enter a valid and correct delivery address as well as the mobile phone or e-mail where you will receive the notification of the shipment and notification of the place of delivery. If you provided incorrect information when ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

Wrong

We reserve the right that errors may occur on rockbysweden.com. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to product specification and any written errors on our site and advertisements. We cannot guarantee that our images provide an accurate representation of a product's appearance, as colors may be perceived differently on screen than in reality. Differences may also occur due to photo quality and resolution or the type of screen used and its settings. However, we always strive to present our products as accurately as possible. In addition to images, each product page has additional information with measurements and sizes to provide as much information as possible about each product.

Force majeure

Rock by Sweden in Gnosjö AB shall be exempt from damages and other penalties due to circumstances beyond our control that we could not reasonably be expected to count on. Examples of such circumstances may include new/amended legislation, war, fire, flood, adverse transport or weather conditions, non-delivery from subcontractors or general labor conflict.
