We cooperate with Klarna and their payment solution Klarna Checkout, which is a secure and flexible payment method. Klarna offers a complete payment solution and several different payment options. In the checkout, you can see which payment options are available to you.
Add the desired items to the shopping cart and go to our checkout. You then use the code by entering it before completing your order. In the checkout there are two fields "Gift card" and "Discount code" where you fill in the code you have and then click on "Use" to activate the code. You will see that the discount is applied and that the discount/gift card is deducted. If you use a computer, you have the fields on the right side under "Order overview" and if you place your order by phone, you have the fields at the top of the checkout.
Our orders are sent with the delivery companies Postnord and DHL. Our goal is to pack and send all orders that we receive before 11.00 on the same day or the next working day so that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Orders sent within Sweden's borders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days.
Orders shipped internationally are usually delivered within 1-5 business days.
This may vary depending on shipping method and delivery location.
Within Sweden, shipping costs SEK 49, but if you shop for SEK 600 or more, shipping is free. International shipping costs from €6. For each order, the shipping cost will be visible before you complete your order.
We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 600 within Sweden. If you regret your purchase or need to change the size of your ordered product, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping of SEK 49. We are happy to help with a return shipping label for your return, but are not responsible for the cost.
For customers in Sweden or the European Union (EU), there are no additional costs for customs or imports. Internationally, customs and import charges may apply when we send your order to a country that is not a member of the EU. Any costs for customs and imports are paid by you as a customer.
After you have confirmed and completed your order, you do not have the opportunity to make any changes yourself. If you contact our Customer Service immediately, we can correct your order or information on it as long as it has not had time to be processed in our warehouse. Due to a technical error or other circumstances beyond our control, your order confirmation may be delayed and sometimes not received at all. If you do not receive your order confirmation, there is also a risk that you have provided the wrong contact details. Contact our customer service if your order confirmation is missing and we will send you a new one.
Sometimes we make mistakes and we apologize for what happened! We want to fix this as quickly and smoothly as possible and ask you to contact our customer service so we can help you further. We want you to be satisfied with your product and you therefore have the right to cancel your purchase for up to 14 days after you have received the product. In the case of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping, but we can help you with a return shipping label if desired for a cost of SEK 49 (SEK) within Sweden. For returns outside Sweden, please contact us for further information. We recommend that the product be sent with trackable shipping, as you as the customer are responsible for the product until we receive the return. It is important that you wrap and package the return in a similar way as when you received the package so that the product is not damaged in shipping. We only accept returns that are unused and sent back in their original packaging with tags and labels remaining. If the product turns out to be used or is not sent back in its original condition, we have the right to refuse return or not credit the full value of the product.
Please contact our customer service before making a return and state the order number and which product(s) you wish to return. The return shipping when exchanging or returning a product is paid for by you as the customer, but we can help you with a return shipping slip if desired. Pack the product carefully and return it in a shipment that will withstand the postal route. It is important that you pack the jewelery carefully so that it is protected during shipping. Send the product to the address below without undue delay, no later than 30 days after the day you notified us of your decision to cancel your purchase.

We offer a right of exchange for 30 days. Day 1 is the day you have received the product or alternatively when you have been notified that the package is available for collection. Contact our customer service within these 30 days to exercise your right of exchange. Within these 30 days, you have the right to exchange your item for another color, size or other product. If you choose a product that is cheaper or more expensive than the one you originally purchased, you will either be credited or billed for the difference. We only exchange products that are unused and in original condition. We have the right to refuse exchanges in cases where we receive the product too late or if it is not in new condition.
Our jewelery is bijouterie and should therefore be treated with care. As many of the pieces of jewelery are plated, over time they may lose color in exposed areas, this is normal wear and tear. How quickly this happens depends on how well you take care of your jewelry. If you are careful and follow our care advice, you can enjoy and use your jewelery for many years.
Do not expose the jewelery to moisture and wetness, it can then become discolored and the stones can come off more easily. Therefore, always take them off when, for example, washing dishes, showering, sleeping, exercising or washing your hands.
Perfume, skin creams and hairspray can discolour the jewellery. Therefore, wait a while before putting on the jewelry after using any of the above or similar products.
In order for your jewelery to last a long time, you should store it separately in the cloth bag/box that comes with your jewellery. Namely, there may be a risk that the jewelery will lose its color if it is left next to each other for a long time without any protection in between.
For cleaning, do not use strong detergents, use only a damp cloth.

The material in our jewelery is made on a base of copper, brass or steel and complies with EU requirements and directives on permitted levels of nickel, lead and cadmium. All jewelry is handmade and is plated with rhodium, 18K gold, gunsmoked or rose gold. We only use high quality stones including Swarovski and Stellux crystals, octant and Cubic Zirconia. The jewelery is considered nickel-free as it stays within the limit values found in the EU. However, it is important to keep in mind that our jewelery is nevertheless jewelery and we cannot therefore guarantee that you as a nickel-sensitive customer will not experience any problems. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service.
